Billing questions
How do I upgrade?
Create a free account, then open Settings → Billing in the app and choose monthly or yearly. Checkout is handled by Stripe.
Which taxes apply?
Stripe calculates sales tax, VAT or GST from your billing address when your country requires it. The total is shown before you pay.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from the billing portal in Settings → Billing. Plus stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens to my accounts if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. If you have more than 3 active accounts, the extra ones become read-only until you archive some or upgrade again.
What counts as an AI import?
Each file you upload to be read counts once, whether it holds ten transactions or five hundred. Free includes 5 a month and Plus 100; the count resets on the first day of each month (UTC).
Do you offer refunds?
If something went wrong with a charge, write to contact@bordity.com within 14 days and we will sort it out.
