Terms of service

Effective October 29, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Uranoz Solutions LLC about the use of Bordity (bordity.com, the app and the API). By creating an account you accept them. Questions: contact@bordity.com.

The service

Bordity helps you record accounts, balances and transactions in several currencies and see them converted into one currency. It does not hold money, does not connect to banks, does not make payments and does not give financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

Your account

You need a valid email address and must be at least 16 years old. Keep access to your email and Google account safe, because they are how you sign in. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Plans, payment and cancellation

The Free plan has the limits shown on the pricing page. Plus is billed in US dollars, monthly or yearly, in advance, through Stripe; taxes are added where required. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in the billing portal; Plus then stays active until the end of the paid period. If a plan ends, your data is kept and accounts above the Free limit become read-only. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; a change applies from your next renewal.

Refunds

Payments are not refundable for partial periods, except where the law of your country says otherwise. If you were charged by mistake, write to us within 14 days.

Acceptable use

Do not use Bordity to break the law, to upload content you have no right to use, to attack or overload the service, or to get around plan limits. We may suspend accounts that do, and will tell you why when we can.

Your data

Your data belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Bordity for you, as described in the privacy policy. You can export it and delete your account at any time.

Exchange rates and AI

Converted values use daily reference exchange rates and are estimates; they may differ from the rates your bank applies. AI import and category suggestions can be wrong, so review rows before saving them. Decisions you make based on Bordity are your own.

Warranty and liability

Bordity is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will tell you in advance about meaningful changes. You can stop using Bordity and delete your account at any time. We may end the service with at least 60 days’ notice so you can export your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
