Effective October 29, 2026

This policy explains what personal data Uranoz Solutions LLC ("we") collects when you use bordity.com, the Bordity app and its API, why, and what you can do about it. Contact: contact@bordity.com.

Who we are

Bordity is operated by Uranoz Solutions LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. For anything about your data, write to contact@bordity.com.

Data we collect

How we use it

To provide the service you asked for (performance of a contract): show your accounts and totals, convert currencies, read the files you import, send sign-in codes and account notices, and handle your subscription. To keep the service secure and fix problems (legitimate interest). To improve the website, with analytics as described below. We do not sell personal data, do not use it for advertising and do not use your finance data to train AI models.

Providers that process data for us

Some of these providers are in the United States. Where the law requires it, transfers rely on the providers’ standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

Cookies and analytics

The app uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. The website remembers your language and theme in cookies (bd_lang, bd_theme) and sets a functional cookie (bd_cr) that only says whether your region needs consent before analytics; it never stores your country or IP address.

We use Google Analytics on bordity.com, without advertising features and without Google Signals. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics cookies are set only after you accept. Elsewhere analytics is on by default and you can turn it off under “Cookie settings” in the footer. Browsers that send Global Privacy Control are treated as having turned it off. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies.

How long we keep data

Your finance data is kept while your account exists. When you delete the account, your data is deleted from the live database right away and from backups within 30 days. Invoices are kept by Stripe for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can see, correct and export your data in the app, and delete your account from Settings. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the LGPD in Brazil, the APPI in Japan or US state laws such as the CCPA), you may also have the right to object, to restrict processing and to complain to a data protection authority. Write to contact@bordity.com and we will answer within 30 days.

Children

Bordity is not meant for people under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
